WHEN FAKE WAS PASSED FOR REAL
Almost every actress has gone through it. The situation is so weird that they don’t even know when their fake pictures, mostly in bikinis, start doing the rounds of the internet. Preeti Desai can’t understand the hullabaloo over her pictures in a swim-suit, but when she saw her eye-popping, semi-nude pictures easily available on the net, she went on record to say that the images are morphed.
Before Preeti, it was Vidya Balan. The actress’s fake image in a see-through bikini on a Maxim cover proved deadly for her reputation, though her fans silently wished to see her that slim. It’s not only Vidya but Sonakshi Sinha too who fell prey to the morphed image trap. Sonakshi, who swears never to don a bikini, was seen in a green two-piece on a fake Maxim cover. Other actresses like Celina Jaitley and South actress Khushboo too had to lodge complaints against the use of their morphed images.
